I'm part of a team of 4 people at Mersen's head office. We are in contact with all the group's subsidiaries all over the world. 

The qualities that I feel are important for the job that I do is patience, also just mentoring and coaching, looking for ways to improve the day-to-day situation, focusing on our customers.  

Mersen is involved in many new energy markets such as wind power, solar, HVDC, etc. Our products are also found in high-speed train, metro and electric cars we drive every day. 

Jamie and Hannah shared a position for five years to continue their career and keep up their skills and education while taking care of their families.
